Seed Employment is the social enterprise of Seed Foundation Australia and operates as a Group Training Organisation [GTO].

Seed Employment recruits, employs, and supports Trainees, Cadetships and Apprentices from all backgrounds to gain on the job skills and nationally recognised qualifications in a range of priority industries that have skills gaps and high job demand.

We assist in their career development and support HostEmployers to build their future workforce.

As part of Seed Foundation Australia, we bring specific expertise, experience and relationships that enable us to work across both metropolitan and regional and remote communities with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples.

100% of the profits from Seed Employment help fund the vision and mission of Seed Foundation Australia.
